How Gapless works
The director — who comes from a civil and structural engineering background — trains every installer personally and manages projects hands-on. That's deliberate: caulking quality lives in details you only control by being on the tools and on site, not by scaling a crew faster than the standard can follow. It's why builders who use us once keep using us.
- Over 10 years' caulking experience, including the specialist work — fire rated, acoustic and precast — that general caulkers don't do every day.
- Engineering-trained leadership. The director's civil/structural background means we understand why joints exist and how buildings move — not just how to fill a gap.
- Premium sealant systems: mostly Pasco and APTC, plus Soudal, Bostik and Sika — silicone, polyurethane, hybrid and fire rated, installed to the data sheet.
- Fully insured, SWMS, SDS and site-induction compliant — commercial-site ready.
- All jobs, all sectors: commercial, residential and industrial, from a single bathroom to a full precast warehouse.
- Straight dealing: clear scopes, reliable quotes, and honest answers — including about what we don't do (we're installers, not certifiers, and we don't issue compliance documentation).
Where we work
Melbourne CBD, Greater Melbourne, Geelong, the Mornington Peninsula, Bayside and the Western suburbs. Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am to 5pm. Typical booking lead time is 1–2 weeks.
