We use this information to:

- Receive and process your booking requests

- Schedule and carry out caulking work

- Contact you about your job and confirm details

We collect information directly from you, including via the WhatsApp Business Platform (operated by Meta). Messages you send via WhatsApp are processed through Meta's services and are subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms.
